Overcoming problems of working in a small group

Working in a small group is a really challenging activity where it have both pros and cons . However , we can turn the obstacles of small group into a positive element of our project by having great communication plan , understanding ,and respect between each other . Hence, the competency of group increase.

Communication is complicated

Communication is complicated because it is challenging and involved everyone feeling. It can be used to motivate people and also lead to conflict and misunderstood which depend on tone of voice, words and cultural misinterpretations.  Many people do not well in this section including me or even the old-aged man.
